Search Vital presets by sound
Search your Vital presets by sound. Record into the mic, drop a sample, or pick a preset, and Presetti finds similar Vital patches, offline.
Windows now · macOS coming soon
Vital makes it easy to collect presets: the factory set, free community packs, and everything you save along the way. The names rarely tell you what a patch actually sounds like.
Presetti listens to your Vital presets and lets you search them by sound. Record a sound, drop in a sample, or start from a preset and find the patches closest to it.

Where Presetti finds your Vital presets
You don't need to know where Vital keeps its presets. Presetti looks for them on its own, and you can point it at any other folder.
- The standard preset folders for Vital on your computer
- Built-in presets, when Vital makes them available
- Any extra folders you add, such as packs on another drive

Vital questions
- Do free Vital preset packs work?
- Yes. Any .vital preset in a folder Presetti knows about can be searched, whether it came with Vital, from a community pack, or from you.
- Does Presetti upload my presets?
- No. Everything runs on your computer. No account, no upload.

Why preset names are not enough when you are looking for a sound
Preset libraries are full of evocative names, but they are a poor way to remember and rediscover the sound you actually need.
